Accept your offer

Congratulations on receiving your offer! Follow these steps to accept your offer and reserve your place at Curtin College.

It’s easy!

Sign your Letter of Offer

To accept your offer you must complete and sign the Letter of Acceptance form. This can be found on the reverse of your Letter of Offer. Email the form to Curtin College at the time of making payment of your fees.

Your Letter of Offer outlines:

  • The Curtin College/Curtin University course that has been offered
  • The Duration of Study
  • Your Commencement Dates
  • Your Tuition Fees
  • Conditions of the Offer (including requests for official or certified copies of academic transcripts, evidence or English proficiency etc). Prior to accepting your offer, you must provide evidence that you have met any conditions in order to proceed with your student visa application or enrolment.

Application and Acceptance Deadlines

Trimester 3, 2024

  • Orientation date: 9 October 2024
  • Classes commence: 14 October 2024

Any applications received after the relevant application deadline will automatically be assessed for the next available intake, subject to GS criteria.

The GS document submission deadline refers to submission of all relevant GS documentation to Curtin College.

The acceptance deadline refers to the deadline to submit proof of payment to Curtin College, once all conditions on the offer letter have been satisfied.

*Domestic Students only: The acceptance deadline refers to the deadline to submit proof of payment/completion of your FEE-HELP eCAF once all conditions on the offer letter have been satisfied.

Prepare for week one

You have an exciting journey ahead of you! Make sure you have checked the pre-arrival guide and completed all the first steps of your journey.

Your first week at Curtin College begins at Orientation, which is compulsory for all students to attend.

If you are a future student, please refer to your Letter of Offer for payment information.

If you are a current/returning student, please make payments through your student portal.

Pay via our online payment portal 

Curtin College accepts various payment options through our official payment partner – Flywire.

Flywire became our payment partner in December 2023.  Invoices and Letters of Offer sent to you prior to this date may have included different payment information.

How to make a payment to Curtin College 

  • Visit your Curtin College student portal to begin your payment.
  • Go to the payment/fees section of your student portal.
  • Select the country from where you are paying and your preferred payment method.
  • Enter your payment details and confirm your payment booking.
  • Receive instructions on how to complete the payment process, depending on your payment method.
  • Once payment is made you will have access to real-time payment tracking through email, in-app and text alerts.

BPAY is the online payment system in Australia which enables you to pay a bill using your Australian bank account.

Payments for returning students

Payments can be made via our Student Portal. Please include your full student name and student ID on every transaction.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard credit cards and also EFTPOS debit cards from our office in Perth.

Get your student visa

Ensure your visa, immigration and OSHC requirements are met

Before being able to study in Australia, international students must obtain a valid student visa. This visa is issued by Australian Diplomatic Missions and applications must be made directly to the nearest Consulate or Embassy.

All students applying for a student visa are required to obtain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire proposed duration of their visa.
